‘Two Graves’ has been created by Agustín Martínez, with scripts by the team known as Carmen Mola, which includes writers Jorge Díaz and Antonio Mercero. This trio has gained notoriety in the literary field and is now venturing into the audiovisual world through this series, although it is not an adaptation of their well-known novel ‘The Beast’.

The plot centers around the disappearance of two teenagers, a case that, after two years without significant progress, seems to remain unresolved due to a lack of evidence and suspects. However, the grandmother of one of the young women decides, with determination and desperation, to take justice into her own hands and embark on a parallel investigation that will lead her to uncover hidden truths.

The cast of the series features outstanding performances by Kiti Márver, known for her work in ‘Seis hermanas’, and Álvaro Morte, famous for his role in ‘La casa de papel’. Alongside them, Hovik Keuchkerian from ‘Reina Roja’, among other actors like Nadia Vilaplana, Carlos Scholz, and Salva Reina as a guest star. The series has been filmed in beautiful locations in Málaga, specifically in Torrox and Frigiliana, which adds a visual appeal to the storytelling.

This is not the first project of the group of screenwriters in the field of audiovisual adaptations, as they previously worked on the series ‘La novia gitana’ and have collaborated on other projects such as ‘La caza’. With this new installment, Carmen Mola continues to expand her narrative universe on screen, promising a thriller that will capture the attention of Netflix subscribers.
