Bots are everywhere. Over the years, social media has become increasingly flooded with accounts pretending to be humans. Although many platforms are fighting against this reality, a new social network has taken a different approach: it’s called Aspect and is exclusively composed of bots.
No human users, just you and AI. This is what you can read in its description within the App Store. At first glance, you will see that it is a platform very similar to Instagram in terms of aesthetics. The biggest difference is that no user is real.
In Aspect, we can publish, share posts and photos, and chat with other “users”. Furthermore, we can even get to know their “lives” in depth, if we are interested. It is certainly a fascinating application, especially if you are interested in the world of artificial intelligence and chatbots. Given what we have seen, will there come a point where we converse more with machines than with human beings?
