James Bond: All In set for December 2026: Tiffany Case returns

Ian Fleming Publications has announced James Bond: All In, a new James Bond novella from Dan Jones, due on December 3, 2026. It brings Jones into the 007 world and brings Tiffany Case back, too. The publisher says this is a novella, not the full sequel some early reports had hinted at, though it plainly follows Diamonds Are Forever.

Per Ian Fleming Publications, Bond is in 1954 Ceylon, now Sri Lanka, six years after independence, tracking a valuable gemstone from the mountains around Kandy all the way to the ocean floor. Tiffany Case’s return gives this more continuity than most continuation novels usually have, and the release also marks 70 years since Diamonds Are Forever while tying into the National Year of Reading, according to the publisher.

Jones, whose books include The Plantagenets, The Templars, and Henry V, has called writing Bond a major honor. His background in history also feels like a natural fit for a story set in this period.

If you like your Bond closer to the Fleming years, this one looks well worth picking up. It lands in an already busy 2026 for 007 books, with Charlie Higson’s separate contemporary novel King Zero due September 24 in the UK and November 17 in the U.S., plus a Young Bond SilverFin audio adaptation. Fans already seem excited by Tiffany Case’s return, and having two adult Bond stories arrive so close together only adds to that.
