Pokémon Center has put Enso’s Mewtwo Metal Hybrid Ring up for pre-order, adding a new purple Mewtwo collectible priced at $134.99, based on the Pokémon Center listing. It comes in sizes 6 through 13. The design is layered, with a silicone inner ring and a removable titanium outer band. What it doesn’t do is serve as official confirmation of some new Mewtwo design for Pokémon’s 30th anniversary.
Pokémon turns 30 in 2026, marking three decades since Pokémon Red and Green launched in Japan in 1996. A big anniversary merch wave would make sense, especially after the games, collaborations, and other products released for the 25th anniversary in 2021. Still, The Pokémon Company hasn’t confirmed any Mewtwo-related announcement, and it hasn’t shared any broader 2026 plans either.
If you collect Pokémon merch, this is an easy one to want, but the anniversary angle should be taken carefully. Pokémon Center is also selling cheaper Enso silicone rings for Gengar and Charizard at $44.99, also in sizes 6 through 13, according to Pokémon Center, and fans have pointed out that Gengar in size 13 had already sold out. That makes this feel more like a wider merch push than a redesign reveal. Mewtwo is still a huge name anyway, thanks to the original games, Pokémon: The First Movie, Pokémon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution, Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Tera Raids, and Pokémon Horizons.
