Bonfire Studios has revealed its first video game, Arkheron, which bets on an innovative mix of genres by combining elements of battle royale, MOBA, and RPG, evoking comparisons to the Diablo saga.
This title, which focuses on squads of three characters, allows players to survive while improving their skills and equipment, creating synergies through hero sets.

Players will be able to experience Arkheron during a free trial that will be available from February 20 to March 2, 2026, as part of the Steam Next Fest. This access phase will allow interested parties to evaluate the proposal of a video game that, at first glance, seems complicated by mixing so many concepts, but according to those who have tried the title, offers polished and fun gameplay.
The game takes place in battles where players initially lack skills and must search for chests to find equipment that will allow them to unlock a corresponding hero.
The mechanics where players must fight both against other players and against enemies controlled by AI. In addition, Bonfire Studios confirms that Arkheron will be a game as a service, with periodic updates of heroes and a design that encourages exploration on maps without a fixed structure.
However, the game has a significant limitation: it is currently not designed for solo players or duos, which could restrict its accessibility. Still, the fluid combat and emphasis on team coordination make it a compelling option for those seeking a dynamic multiplayer experience.
With the promise of a robust skill system and constant updates, Arkheron could mark a new approach to gender diversity within the video game industry.
