The social life simulator inZOI, developed by KRAFTON Inc., is set to make its debut on March 28. With the firm goal of challenging the hegemony of EA’s The Sims, inZOI promises a more realistic and enriched experience than what Maxis has offered in its previous installments. This new proposal has generated great anticipation among genre enthusiasts, who are eager to see if inZOI will meet expectations.
Some not too high requirements, with a twist
For those interested in welcoming this new virtual neighbor, KRAFTON has recently published the minimum and recommended requirements to run the game, emphasizing the need for higher performance hardware. The requirements include a 64-bit Windows 10/11 operating system, between 12 and 32 GB of RAM, and storage space that will vary from 40 GB to 75 GB, depending on the chosen configuration.
The game’s graphics are one of its main attributes, showcasing a more advanced and realistic visual design compared to previous installments of The Sims. However, this means that inZOI will not be a title that runs properly on mid-low range machines, especially if one wants to enjoy superior graphic quality. In a promotional video shared on their YouTube channel, KRAFTON shows the game running on different graphic settings and hardware specifications.
In addition, the developer has provided optimal graphic presets for each level of requirements, allowing players to select settings that prioritize either performance or visual quality. As the release date approaches, many are wondering if inZOI will really be able to threaten EA’s dominance in this popular social simulation genre.
