The selection of nominees is made by a jury composed of more than 100 media outlets worldwide.Each outlet votes confidentially, selecting their five favorites in each category before the nominees are revealed weeks before the event. Players also have a say in the ‘Player’s Voice’ category, which represents 10% of the vote for Game of the Year.
