Fortnite could soon receive another game mode. According to a reputable Fortnite content leaker, Epic Games wants to add Fall Guys, another one of their licenses, to their most popular video game.
Initially, “Save the World” was the main attraction of Fortnite. However, “Battle Royale” completely enamored the fanbase after its release and completely surpassed its predecessor. Although many thought that the game had already reached its peak, Fortnite reached a historical record of players with the release of the OG Season and went even further during the Big Bang event.
The Chapter 5 Season 1 kicked off after this event (which featured the presence of Eminem), and it has been a success so far, especially with the release of the latest Fortnite modes: Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, and Fortnite Festival.
These modes have come to stay, and players will be able to continue enjoying them without having to worry about any time limits. All Fortnite game modes are independent of Battle Royale, but players can use the rewards they earn in each mode without any problem.
Now, according to the well-known leaker HYPEX, it seems that Epic Games wants to bring Fall Guys to Fortnite soon in the form of a port (yes, like a game within a game). While HYPEX discovered this collaboration in early November, the information gathered by the leaker indicates that it will materialize in the form of an additional game mode.
So far, Epic Games has not confirmed any of this information, but HYPEX says that this new game mode would not be introduced until sometime next year, so there is still plenty of time for the company to work on it and make a statement about it.
This change could make access to Fall Guys more practical for Fortnite players, but luckily, it is also a free-to-play game, so fans can continue to enjoy it on all platforms while they wait for its possible release on Fortnite.
