The Mandalorian is back on Disney+ and Star Wars fans around the world are celebrating. The series starring Pedro Pascal has brought some great new features with its season 3, such as the inclusion of a new spaceship for its travels or the return of Grogu, who most insist on still calling Baby Yoda.
Perhaps to get fans of the series to stop calling him that and focus on calling him Grogu, his real name as we learned from Ahsoka, Disney Plus has run a campaign together with Google that has the little character as the main character.
Grogu’s Google easter egg
Both Android and iOS users can enjoy this latest Google easter egg, and it can also be found via browser search. Basically, when searching for “Grogu” via the search engine, a little Baby Yoda will appear on the right and play with his Force through the items that appear on the page: first he will take the images and then the first items that appear.
The easter egg also appears if you search for The Mandalorian, which tends to be a more common search, and will do the same with the result blocks. But beware, it will not do so if you search for Baby Yoda, so it is clear from Disney+ that the official name of the character is the one to use to refer to him.
While we await the arrival of the second episode of the third season of The Mandalorian, in which Grogu and Mando will continue their journey to the ancient Mandalor so that the protagonist can bathe in the living waters of the planet, we can play with the little character. The episode will be available next Wednesday will be available on Disney Plus, as its release is weekly.
