Disney and Hyperion have put out a Percy Jackson graphic novel omnibus, and it’s on shelves now. It collects Rick Riordan’s The Lightning Thief, The Sea of Monsters, and The Titan’s Curse in a single full-color volume. The stories haven’t been meaningfully reworked, but having all three in one book makes it an easy starting point for new readers and a handy refresher for anyone coming back to the series. The publishers also point out that Percy Jackson has sold more than 180 million copies and keeps finding new readers through the books, in classrooms, and through streaming.
The release also lands at a pretty good moment. The Titan’s Curse is expected to feed directly into season 3 of Disney+’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and current reports peg that season for November 20, 2026 on Disney+ and Hulu. Those same reports mention a two-episode premiere, a temporary Netflix window for earlier episodes, and a darker story centered on Annabeth’s disappearance, a rescue mission, a new prophecy, Atlas, and the live-action debut of Nico and Bianca di Angelo.
So if you’ve been with Percy Jackson for years, or just want a low-effort way in before Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 2 tackles The Sea of Monsters, there’s a clear case for picking this up. The same goes if you’re following Rick Riordan’s new prose trilogy after 2023’s The Chalice of the Gods. That said, the graphic novels have always gotten a more mixed reception than the original novels, so it’s not like this collection settles that debate.
