According to the lawsuit, SpaceX has treated the property as if it were its own for at least six months, using the land to park vehicles and store construction materials without permission.
The property is located in an area on the southern coast of Texas that has changed dramatically with the development of Starbase, the industrial complex of SpaceX. Although this project has generated more than 2,100 jobs in the region, it has also caused serious problems for the local population.
