In addition to this cosmetic refresh, the latest update, titled Chase the Skies, is released today on all platforms. This new adventure allows players to find a dry ghast in the Nether and revive it by placing it in water, which will lead to a care process until it becomes a happy ghast that players can ride and explore the skies of the Overworld.
The update also introduces a location bar to facilitate the search for friends in multiplayer mode, which will enhance the social experience of the game. In terms of music, composer Amos Roddy has created six new tracks that will enrich the atmosphere of the game in different biomes of the Overworld. However, players will need to meet a specific condition to obtain the track Tears, which can only be looted from a ghast after an unconventional defeat.
In other news related to Minecraft, themed baseball catas have been presented in collaboration with Major League Baseball, highlighting the ongoing innovation and expansion of the game in different cultural contexts. Additionally, the Minecraft movie, a major box office success with over 800 million dollars in earnings, will premiere on the Max platform on June 20 and on HBO on June 21, promising to attract even more fans to this creative universe.
