After nearly a decade of success and millions of sales, the developers understood the need to evolve certain aspects of the title.

Fans are not happy with the update

However, the reception of Rainbow Six: Siege X has been mixed. While some players celebrate the improvements made, others, especially the more experienced ones, have expressed their dissatisfaction with changes to the graphics and sound. Critics point out that the new long-range and environmental shooting effects make it difficult to perceive key sounds, such as the footsteps of nearby enemies. Additionally, there are complaints about the user interface, which many argue does not enhance the gaming experience.

Concerns do not end there. The community has raised its voice about the presence of cheaters, questioning the effectiveness of anti-cheat measures. A point of great controversy has been the removal of support for Linux in the BattleEye anti-cheat system, something that many players consider a counterproductive measure, making it even harder to clean up the competitive environment.

Currently, recent reviews reflect significant discontent, with only 42% positive ratings. Despite this, there is a part of the community that feels satisfied with the new direction of the game and is willing to continue enjoying the experience that Rainbow Six: Siege X offers. Blizzard Entertainment has announced the release of World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic, scheduled for July 21. This expansion introduces new opportunities for players to level up and experience the latest content from the classic WoW servers. In addition to the traditional character boost purchase option, Blizzard offers a free way to reach level 85, allowing players to dive into this new stage without having played all the previous expansions beforehand.
