The Jujutsu Kaisen video game finally reveals its gameplay and does not disappoint

Making a video game is a very hard task. Many things can go wrong or deviate from the initial plans. Making a video game is very hard work. Many things can go wrong or deviate from the initial plans. That is why, among developers, it is always said that every video game released to the market is a miracle. The idea of finishing a video game is a miracle in itself. This is no less true when we talk about mobile games, such as the now-defunct Jujutsu Kaisen mobile game.

Two years ago, Toho Games and Sumzap revealed that they were working on the mobile video game adaptation of the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen. Named Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, the title has faced numerous issues during its development. Although we do not know the specific problems, we do know that it has suffered several delays, which have caused its release date to be postponed over time. Until now.

For the first time, both companies offer us a glimpse of the gameplay of this Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade. Although the anime is known for its intense fights, the game is a fairly classic-style JRPG, albeit with spectacular animations that have little to envy from the anime. This could also explain the reason for all the delays. Resulting in a much more ambitious and different experience than what we are used to seeing in the mobile market.

Phantom Parade will be a mix of scenes inspired by the first season of the series and its own story, which will take place on the Fukuoka Campus, expanding the lore of Jujutsu Kaisen. So it will be an experience that no Jujutsu Kaisen fan will want to miss.

If you are interested, Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade has just opened its pre-registration for free both on the Apple App Store and on Google Play for Android. As is customary in these situations, those who pre-register will have access to numerous rewards when the game is released, on a yet unspecified date, including a ticket that guarantees an SSR character. So, if you are interested, now is the time to jump into the pre-registration for this exciting adventure.

The Guinness Book of Records has declared which is the most popular animated series in the world… and it’s an anime

Jujutsu Kaisen has been declared the most popular animated series in the world, surpassing others such as One Piece, Attack on Titan, or Demon Slayer.

Anime is more popular than ever today. It has never had a larger following in its history, partly due to its popularization in the West. It also helps that there are many series that are resounding successes, offering something for everyone. That’s why, if we say that the Guinness Book of Records has declared an anime the most popular in the world, it’s not easy to guess which one it could be. Because there could be many.

The answer is that in the 2025 edition of the Guinness World Records, Jujutsu Kaisen has been declared the most popular anime in the world. Specifically holding the record for “Most in-demand animated television show in the world”, it includes not only anime, but all animated series in the world. This has been echoed by both the official English and Japanese Twitter accounts of the series.

With competitors like One Piece, Attack on Titan, or Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, this is a great achievement for Jujutsu Kaisen. A demonstration of how anime is more popular than ever today. And that, indeed, the most popular series of the moment is not always necessarily the one we expect.

Jujutsu Kaisen is available in its entirety on Crunchyroll. Its third season has already been announced, although without a release date yet.

We have a new Anime: and it is coming from the director of Jujutsu Kaisen

The director of Jujutsu Kaisen and The God of High School doesn’t stop and premieres his new original anime, a ninja revenge story in the style of John Wick.

Although anime is Japanese, that doesn’t mean that interest outside of Japan is increasing. In the US, they are increasingly encouraged to finance animes produced with the intention of being broadcasted first in their lands, knowing that certain ideas can work particularly well in the West. That is exactly what has happened with Ninja Kamui, the new project by Sunghoo Park.

You may not recognize the name, but it’s impossible that you don’t know the animes he has made before. Sunghoo Park is the director of Jujutsu Kaisen and The God of High School, who now has his own animation studio, E&H Production, which is in charge of the production of the series along with Sola Entertainment. The series will premiere on February 10th on the Tsoonami block of Adult Swim, and will be released worldwide the next day on Max.

As shown in its first trailer, the anime promises action in abundance and a revenge story not very different from that of John Wick. Here we have a man named Joe Higan, a nuekin – a ninja who has abandoned his clan – who is forced to return to the world of shadow assassins when his former clan kills his family and mistakenly believes he is dead. This will lead him on a revenge odyssey where he will seek to end his former clan in the only way he knows: violence.

Although we don’t know much more, we do know some details. The character design is being done by Takeshi Okazaki, famous for Afro Samurai and Batman Ninja, and the music in the trailer is composed by Carpenter Brut. Something that, if indicative of what the series will be like, promises that the action will not stop for a second in this promising anime.

Jujutsu Kaisen confirms continuation after the spectacular ending of its second season

Jujutsu Kaisen confirms continuation after the spectacular conclusion of its second season, leaving us with numerous mysteries and a release date.

There is no greater blessing for a successful anime than having enough original content to be able to continue a season immediately after the recently aired one. This is not normal. Normal is having to wait several years to have enough original content to do so. But if the demon works fast, Gege Akutami works even faster, and that’s not a problem that Jujutsu Kaisen is going to have.

Last Thursday ended the devastating second season of Jujutsu Kaisen, closing with a tone that can only be described as catastrophic. Much darker, harsher, and more virulent, the series has ended at a point where everything is going downhill for its protagonists with no brakes. Many fans may be pulling their hair out after the Shibuya Incident arc, thinking about how long they will have to wait to continue watching its continuation, but we have good news. It won’t be long.

With a video shared on the official anime website, the studio has announced that the third season will adapt the following arc of the manga: Culling Game. And also, we won’t have to wait several years to see it. Because it will arrive at some point in the second half of 2024.

What can we expect from this new arc? Well, if you’re familiar with what happens in the second season, you can already imagine it. Itadori, Fushiguro, and Okkotsu will have to join forces again against Kenjaku, but this time with fewer resources and in a much more brutal and desperate context. And you better be prepared. Because this arc is full of action, powers, and crazy twists like we haven’t seen in the anime so far, if they respect what has happened in the manga up to now.

But while we won’t have to wait long, we’ll still have to wait a little. In the meantime, you can always catch up by watching the first two seasons of the series on Crunchyroll if you haven’t already. And if you have, why not watch them again in preparation for this third season?

Sorcery and Spectacle: All You Need to Know About the Upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen Video Game!

Jujutsu Kaisen comes to Fortnite, as a group of data miners have discovered, with its main protagonists in the form of skins.

Jujutsu Kaisen has recently released its second anime season, which is proving to be a great success. Despite all this, we still do not have a video game of the franchise. While it is true that a fighting title of the same was announced last July, Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash, we will still have to wait to be able to play a video game with our favorite wizards of the fiction. Except that Epic Games, once again, has decided to beat everyone else to the punch.

That’s because several Fortnite dataminers have uncovered data in the game’s latest update about a crossover with the popular anime of the moment. The rumors began when HypeX tweeted that Fortnite would be collaborating with a “well loved and well known” anime saga, confirming itself with the work of dataminers in recent days.

Still without a release date or official announcement, what we know at the moment is that there will be skins of Nobara Kugisaki, Megumi Fushiguro and Satoru Gojo. If we have some certainty that this is true is because this kind of information extracted with data mining has been accurate in most cases in the past, so it is not daring to assume that it is a matter of time before Epic Games confirms it. So we can only wait to enjoy this peculiar, but at this point not too surprising, collaboration between two popular franchises.

Jujutsu Kaisen Director’s Next Venture: Fans Eagerly Awaiting New Project

Sunghoo Park, director of Jujutsu Kaisen and The God of High School, is directing a new anime series about a ninja seeking revenge in the future.

For many years, anime in the collective imagination was quite clear. Explicit violence. Ninjas. Robots. Dark settings. A mishmash of ideas that seemed to come straight out of a death metal music video, which, in truth, wasn’t entirely untrue; such anime does exist, even if they are not the majority of the medium. In fact, today, we’re here to talk about one of those anime series that, just by reading the synopsis, almost seems like the paranoid parody of concerned parents worried about what their kids were watching during the ’90s. Except it has little parody and nothing paranoid about it.

“Ninja Kamui” is the latest series by Sunghoo Park, the director behind two sensational animes in recent years, “Jujutsu Kaisen” and “The God of High School.” As we mentioned earlier, the anime’s premise perfectly aligns with his hyperkinetic style and strong preference for action.

The story revolves around Joe Higan, a former ninja who has fled his clan and is hiding from his violent past in rural America with his family. One night, he is ambushed by a team of assassins from his former organization, and they kill him and his family as punishment for betraying the ninja code of honor. But that’s not the end of the story. Joe resurrects in his former form, Ninja Kamui, one of the greatest assassins in the history of ninjas. Now, immersed in the 21st century, he must face assassins, combat cyborgs, and other ninjas to gain the upper hand in his quest.

With character design by Takeshi Okazaki, renowned for his spectacular work in animes like Afro Samurai, Star Wars: Visions, and Batman Ninja, and E&H Production and Sola Entertainment producing the series, it’s evident that we can expect relentless action, plenty of blood, and stunning character design from “Ninja Kamui.” It’s something we could never imagine turning down.

Set to premiere in 2024, no further details about the series have been revealed yet. So, we’ll have to wait a little longer to find out if this will be Sunghoo Park’s third major success, as everything he has touched so far has turned to gold.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2: New Trailer Raises the Bar and Ignites Fervor Among Devoted Viewers

Jujutsu Kaisen returns in a few days, meanwhile, the new teaser for the second season promises us to adapt the best arcs of the manga.

The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen, available on Crunchyroll, was extremely popular for very good reasons. With amazing animation, fabulous combat and characters brimming with charisma, the adaptation of Gege Akutami’s manga lived up to an original work that has taken one step further what a shonen must be to be considered excellent.

In the new trailer for the second season we get a glimpse of some returning characters, as well as some new characters, along with some spectacular moves that give us a glimpse of some of the fights that await us. Although there are no spoilers of any kind, for those who have read the manga or have seen Jujutsu Kaisen 0, a movie released in 2022 and available on Crunchyroll, several plot developments are hinted at whose importance will end up determining the future of the main characters of the series. Not necessarily for the better.

The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen premiered on October 3, 2020 and consisted of 24 episodes. Critically acclaimed by critics and audiences, it was developed by MAPPA, one of the most prestigious anime studios of today, known in particular for having made the last seasons of Attack on the Titans, Chainsaw Man and Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku. Although this second season will change directors from the hands of Sunghoo Park to Shōta Goshozono, no other changes to the team have been announced. The second season of the anime will premiere on Thursday, July 6 on Crunchyroll and, barring any last-minute changes, will also consist of 24 episodes.

Adapting the Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu arc and the Shibuya Incident arc, these are the two highest rated arcs of the manga so far. So it’s hard to believe that this second season of the anime, barring disaster, can be anything less than a smash hit.
