Ford has launched a series of significant discounts to stimulate sales of its electric vehicles, highlighting the Mustang Mach-E, which has been the third best-selling electric car in the U.S. in 2024, with over 51,700 units sold.
This model has even surpassed the iconic gasoline Mustang, and it is behind the Tesla Model Y and Model 3 on the electric vehicle sales list.
Among the most attractive offers, Ford is making leasing the Mustang Mach-E available for just $229 a month, making it an economical option, even more affordable than the Toyota Camry Hybrid LE in certain locations.
A sports electric car that sells like hotcakes
This leasing includes a package of incentives that allows buyers to save considerable money. For example, with a down payment of $4,329, the effective monthly cost of the Mach-E is $409, compared to $391 for the Camry, after considering the charging credits and bonuses offered by Ford.
Additionally, Ford has extended its “Power Promise” program, which grants electric vehicle buyers a free level 2 charger, also covering standard installation costs. For those who already have a charger, Ford offers a $1,000 charging credit.
On the other hand, Ford has introduced 0% financing for 72 months for the F-150 Lightning, along with discounts that can reach up to $5,000. It is also highlighted that Tesla owners can benefit from a $1,000 bonus, while Ram owners can access an additional $2,000 when purchasing a new model.
With these initiatives, Ford aims to maintain its competitiveness against new entrants in the electric vehicle market and emerging models from other brands.
