The movie, which will arrive on Netflix on January 3, 2025, brings back these beloved characters in a plot full of humor and mystery. From what we know so far, the storyline will follow how Wallace is busy testing his latest invention, a “smart gnome” named Norbot, which soon begins to exhibit sinister behaviors. It will soon be revealed that it is a trap set by the evil penguin Feathers McGraw, who returns to wreak havoc after his famous appearance in the 1993 short film, The Wrong Trousers.
Playdough never dies
The trailer confirms the return of Feathers McGraw as the main villain, behind a series of garden thefts, while Wallace and Norbot are the initial suspects. Gromit, as always, will have to unravel the mystery to save the day. On January 3rd, we have a new date with our favorite clay characters.
