Amazon has just given us the joy of the month, it almost feels like it’s our birthday, because the list of games it has decided to give to Amazon Prime subscribers is absolutely incredible. In addition to the new games entering rotation on Amazon Luna, its cloud gaming service.
Amazon revealed an extensive list of PC games that Prime members can get at no additional cost in October. It’s a list that will make everyone happy, including big hits, great indie games, and, since it’s the Halloween season, a cauldron full of horror games.
Amazing free games for the entire month—one of the best of the year
BioShock Remastered, Doom Eternal, and A Plague Tale: Innocence are some of the most immediately recognizable names on the list. Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, the excellent Death’s Door, and the eerie Scorn might be worth checking out if you haven’t yet.
Nineties kids might be interested in the remastering of the side-scrolling game Gargoyles, based on the animated series that was so beloved by those of us who are now graying.
A dozen games are now available, including BioShock and Doom Eternal. It should be noted that you can only get the latter in regions where the Microsoft Store is available. Here is the full list of what you can claim and when, along with the launcher where you can play each game:

As always, Amazon has refreshed the lineup of games that Prime members can stream on Luna at no additional cost. Fortnite and Trackmania remain on the list, of course.
Ubisoft’s shooter, XDefiant, is on the list along with another notable name in Alien: Isolation. Amid Evil, Valfaris, Perish, Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine, Tormented Souls, Dusk, Mortal Shell, Doomblade, and Monster Harvest are the other games that Prime members can stream (almost) for free in October.
