We are getting closer to the release of Stellar Blade. After causing a sensation with its demo, the community eagerly awaits the game developed by Shift Up. However, some PlayStation copies have been released with certain differences depending on the region they are targeted to. This has led players to complain that these games have been “censored“. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The team behind Stellar Blade has dispelled any doubts and confirmed that there will be no censorship within Stellar Blade. According to Shift Up, “Stellar Blade offers the same uncensored version in all countries, including the Japanese version”.
Although no further details have been given, there is not much more to clarify here. Thus, players can breathe easy, as everyone will receive the same game without any cuts. Of course, we will have to wait until the release of Stellar Blade to know for sure, but there are already those who dare to classify it as the “GOTY” of this year.
The global release of Stellar Blade is scheduled for the next April 26 on PlayStation 5. Will we see it running on other systems like PC? Only time will tell, but Shift Up has not announced anything at the moment.
