The Spider-Man Noir series confirms its villain, and he’s a spectacular actor

Today seems to be Nicolas Cage’s day. Just a few minutes ago we released the first clip of Longlegs, a movie starring Nicolas Cage that many define as “the scariest of the year”. And now we have news about Spider-Man Noir, the series on Amazon Prime Video where we’ll see Nick Cage embody the darkest version of the superhero.

Today, we’ve just received news about this series. While we wait for the filming and premiere dates, we can already confirm the two actors who will accompany Cage. Lamorne Morris, known for series like New Girl and Woke, will be Robbie Robertson, a high-ranking editor at The Daily Bugle newspaper. And none other than Brendan Gleeson will be the villain of the series.

Cage vs. Gleeson

Well-known for roles that have earned him Oscar nominations, including Souls in Inisherin, Gleeson is a top-notch actor who will elevate the quality of this Prime Video series. Without a doubt, he will be a great complement to Cage in this series that’s still mostly a mystery.
