Apple CEO Tim Cook and The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon took a stroll through the streets of New York to chat about the launch of the new iPhone 16. The meeting, which took place last Friday, along with the arrival of the new iPhones, does not go unnoticed in this entertaining video.
Fallon, with his Apple Vision Pro on, met Tim Cook at the iconic Apple Store on Fifth Avenue while picking up his iPhone. Walking towards the Upper East Side store, Cook shared his habit of visiting the Fifth Avenue store at every major launch. Fallon didn’t miss the chance to joke, comparing Cook to a rock star for the excitement he generates among the company’s fans. The executive, true to his style, attributed it to the loyalty and affection that users feel for Apple.
During the walk, Cook reflected on his 27 years at Apple, confessing that he never imagined he would become CEO. The conversation also touched on the upcoming launch of Apple Intelligence, where Cook highlighted the email summary feature. This is something he is very interested in, as he receives hundreds of messages every day.
With the style that characterizes Fallon, he demonstrated his “psychic” abilities by guessing Cook’s preference for mustard or ketchup on his hot dogs, ending the walk with a touch of humor. From there, the two arrived at the Fifth Avenue store, where Cook entered to, we understand, exchange impressions with buyers during the launch day.
