LEGO and Nintendo have just pulled the curtain back on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – Link & Epona, a 1,750-piece 18+ display build that puts Adult Link on a rearing Epona. It’s slated for Spring 2027 as part of The Legend of Zelda’s 40th anniversary. The timing isn’t exactly subtle, either: Nintendo is also getting ready to release an Ocarina of Time remake for Nintendo Switch 2 on Nov. 5, so the nostalgia play is easy to spot.
Set 77094 includes Link with the Master Sword and Hylian Shield, and the promo images appear to show posable joints in Epona’s legs, which should give the whole thing a more dynamic shape on display. It’s also pretty easy to see why fans are comparing the pose to Jacques-Louis David’s Napoleon Crossing the Alps.
Nintendo still hasn’t confirmed the price, but BrickEconomy currently expects it to land at $199.99. If that’s where it ends up, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – Link & Epona would slot between the 1,003-piece Ocarina of Time – The Final Battle at $129.99 and the 2,500-piece Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 at $299.99, which is now retired after selling out. That would also make The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – Link & Epona the third LEGO Zelda set.
If you collect Zelda sets or premium LEGO display builds, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – Link & Epona looks like one worth picking up, even if you probably share the early fan worries about the final price and the lack of smaller, cheaper sets. You’ll be able to get it through LEGO in Spring 2027.
