Fortnite‘s next mini-season starts in less than a week. With Chapter 7 Season 4 set to end on November 1, we’ll have about a month until Season 5 launches. It’s not as if there won’t be any new developments in Fortnite during that time. Quite the opposite. And it looks like one of Epic Games’ most rumored and anticipated collaborations is finally happening: the crossover with One Piece.
With a teaser showing the Going Merry coming out of the fog, the game’s developers have already let us know everything we need to know about the arrival of our favorite pirates in fiction. Although they still haven’t offered concrete details on which characters will appear, or whether they’ll be based on Netflix‘s live-action series or the Japanese anime series, they’ve already added anime-inspired skins in past seasons. So we shouldn’t rule out either option right away.
Another thing that’s already been revealed is the name of the season and the other collaborations. The new season will be called Treasure Hunters. Also, along with the One Piece pirates, skins for Peely, A$AP Rocky, Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto, and Lil Uzi Vert will be added. So it looks like there’s going to be something for everyone in this new Fortnite season.
