We have a release date and a new event for Season 6 of Call of Duty

Although a new Call of Duty is just around the corner, that doesn’t mean Activision forgets about those of us who already have it. On the contrary, to make the wait shorter, they have made sure that the next season of their most popular franchise is especially special. One that introduces tension, terror, and many more things than we would expect from Call of Duty. Even if, last year, they already gave us a hint of what we could see in this new season.

As happened in previous years, Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone will receive a Halloween event called The Haunting. This year’s event will have a particularity, and that is that it will feature Michael Myers, Daryl Dixon, and Art the Clown, among other characters. Promising us the best of the best in terms of supernatural killers that we wouldn’t want to find lurking around our homes. Although the truth is that it has its charm in Call of Duty.

Although we still don’t have more specific details about what this season will include, we do know what last year’s update brought. Including maps, modes, Halloween-themed events, and operators for both games, it is safe to assume that we will have something similar this year. Therefore, this year’s event should not be very different.

Season 6 is coming to Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone on September 18th. Although we still don’t know more than the first details, we should know all the details in the next few days. This season should premiere around 5 pm, taking into account when previous seasons have been released. So get ready for the scariest season of the year, because they are already prepared to hunt you. And there’s not much time to prepare.
