Dungeon Crawler Carl is headed to tabletops in a big way in November 2026. Renegade Game Studios has confirmed two major releases, the Dungeon Crawler Carl Roleplaying Game and Crawler Carl: Unstoppable. The announcement comes right after a crowdfunding campaign that wrapped on May 19, 2026 at more than $13 million, which made it one of the year’s biggest tabletop hits and a pretty blunt measure of how far the Dungeon Crawler Carl fandom has spread beyond the novels.
Renegade says the release window will include the RPG core rulebook, a starter set, Crawler Carl: Unstoppable as a solo and co-op deck-builder, and the Iron Tangle expansion.
If you’ve been following the books, this looks like an easy one to keep an eye on. Renegade says the Dungeon Crawler Carl Roleplaying Game will feature more than 30 races, along with classes, abilities, progression, familiar enemies, loot-driven advancement, and floor-by-floor survival meant to capture the feel of the World Dungeon.
Backers also had the option to go big with a $490 all-in tier, which bundled physical and digital RPG content, Crawler Carl: Unstoppable, expansions, dice, miniatures, playmats, journals, stickers, stretch goals, and a season pass. The limited Celestial Loot Boxes also offered game sessions with Matt Dinniman and Jeff Hays, and those are already gone.
There’s more arriving around the same time. A deluxe edition of the first Dungeon Crawler Carl novel is set for November 17, alongside the Dungeon Crawler Carl WEBTOON, merch, the Peacock TV series, Book 7 momentum, and the ongoing Book 9 speculation. The tabletop releases themselves land through Renegade Game Studios in November 2026.
