Hogwarts Legacy for only €35

If you check our price page, you’ll see that its lowest price is 42.30 euros for non-members, and 35 euros for those who successfully register on the K4G website. Click now and choose the price that best fits your budget.

NBA 2K23 for only €9

One of the greatest basketball simulators ever created, an essential title for any basketball enthusiast. NBA 2K23 is a fantastic game.

The reason it is priced below 10 euros is because it is nearing the end of its normal life cycle, as NBA 2K24 is set to release after summer. However, the current game still offers incredible graphics and with the NBA Finals happening right now, getting it for 9 euros is a gift to enjoy throughout the year.

Elden Ring for only 32 euros

What can we say about the latest masterpiece from Miyazaki, the creator of the renowned Dark Souls series? Elden Ring is part of the beloved Souls universe that has captivated players and garnered fame and admiration over the past decade.

Elden Ring won the Game of the Year (GOTY) award at The Game Awards conference in 2022. This came as no surprise, as the game is truly one of the best of the decade. You can find it for just 32 euros.

Minecraft for only €14

It is the best-selling game in history according to various reports, a gaming masterpiece that has transcended all possible boundaries. For over a decade, it has been played by millions of people, and its price is a steal: 14 euros.

This game allows you to create anything you can imagine, which is why it has been incredibly popular on YouTube and has amassed a large community of players and fans. If you want to dive into this universe, you know what to do – for just 14 euros, and you won’t be able to escape its grip.

FIFA 23 for only €25

Here we have one of the greatest football games of all time at a ridiculously low price, especially considering that this weekend is the final of the 2023 Champions League. What better way to warm up for the match with friends than for just €25?

The reason for the low price is similar to what we saw with NBA 2K23 – a new game will be released in a few months, and this one will eventually become outdated. However, at this price, it is definitely worth it.

From Near Miss to Timeless Classic: The Untold Story of the Song That Almost Became ‘The Legend of Zelda’ Main Theme

What then prevented us from using Ravel’s ‘Bolero’ as the main theme of that little game from 1982 entitled ‘The legend of Zelda’?

It was not uncommon during the era of 8-bit consoles to find that the main themes of some video games were simply chiptune versions of classic songs that were not copyrighted. For example, ‘Tetris’ used ‘The Nutcracker,’ ‘Final Fantasy II’ incorporated ‘Swan Lake’ (both by Tchaikovsky), and ‘Might & Magic’ featured Pachelbel’s ‘Canon.’ They sounded good, were adaptable, and players liked them… So, what prevented using Ravel’s ‘Bolero’ as the main theme for that little game from 1982 called ‘The Legend of Zelda’?

We are going to a ravel party

On November 22, 1928, something unique was about to happen at the Paris Opera, but many of the attendees were not even aware that they were about to witness the premiere of a melody that would resonate throughout the decades. Maurice Ravel, who adapted an Islamic song using an orchestra and his own arrangements reminiscent of Spanish boleros, debuted a song that supposedly took place in a Spanish tavern, where a dancer would climb onto a table and begin to dance, increasingly accompanied by the clapping of the audience.

At least, that’s what was written in the program booklet handed out at the entrance. Ravel preferred it to resemble a factory due to the mechanical nature of the music. In those years, it became a huge success that resurfaced fifty years later thanks to ’10, the Perfect Woman,’ where Bo Derek moved to its rhythm. The problem is that Blake Edwards did pay the corresponding rights for its use, which cannot be said for Nintendo.

After the success of the song in the film, Koji Kondo thought that Ravel’s fantasy could fit perfectly as the opening fanfare for ‘The Legend of Zelda’. They adapted it, everyone was thrilled, and the game development continued. However, once it was finished, someone realized that less than fifty years had passed since the author’s death, which meant that the tune was still under copyright in Japan. Oops.

Kondo spent the whole night reworking parts of the game’s music here and there until he came up with the melody we all know now. Miyamoto himself remembers it as a tune that “above all, suggests bravery. So I think it is the perfect song to play when you embark on an adventure.” It was just one night, but it was definitely worth it.

As of today, Ravel’s works are in the public domain in many parts of Asia and the European Union, and in the United States, they will enter the public domain starting from 2025. Will we be able to hear the ‘Bolero’ in the game that comes after ‘Tears of the Kingdom’, even as a simple reference? Well, let’s wait and see what Link has in store for us.

From Spain with Success: Revealing the Astounding Best-Selling Spanish Game You Won’t Believe”

Believe it or not, it’s a Nintendo DS game titled… Imagine Being a Fashion Designer. There you take it.

Surely reading the headline you are already making your guesses: Is it ‘Commandos’, or ‘The Abbey of Crime’ in its multiple versions, or maybe the surprise comes from ‘Castlevania: Lords of Shadow’? The solution may disappoint you, but, believe it or not, it’s a Nintendo DS game titled… ‘Imagine Being a Fashion Designer’. There you have it.

You have to imagine it

In October 2007 the Nintendo DS was more than established in the world of video games. The Big N had found the key to appeal to everyone, and with an audience consisting of literally anyone, of course, come games with a previously unheard of audience. It was the perfect moment for Ubisoft to prepare ‘Imagine being a cook’ and ‘Imagine being a mom’, dedicated to a target of stereotypical girls that until then had not had a market niche.

And in this panorama, the Spanish developer Virtual Toys was able to get its hands on two of the games of this first batch of the “Imagine” saga: ‘Imagine being a veterinarian’ and ‘Imagine being a fashion designer‘. We are not going to deceive you: fun, what is fun, it is not, but it fulfills its function perfectly. To the surprise of everyone and no one at the same time, this break with the established was such a bombshell that they sold five million units worldwide. Five. Millions.

Virtual Toys would still launch more games of the franchise, already totally on sale, such as ‘Imagine being an amazon’, ‘Imagine being a presenter: the great fashion contest’ or ‘Imagine being a veterinarian: puppy hospital’. However, its dive in franchises such as ‘Cars 2’, ‘Torrente Online’ or ‘The Muppets: movie adventures’ made that, little by little, the money was going away. In 2016, it went bankrupt after sinking (eeeeeh?) with ‘Pirates: Treasure Hunters’.

For its part, the ‘Imagine Being’ saga culminated in 2013, with versions of its greatest hits (including ‘Imagine Being a Fashion Designer’) for 3DS. Mind you: the DeVuego portal, which broke the news of the game’s five million units sold, later updated its list of biggest Spanish hits and placed it in third place, beaten by ‘Deadlight’ (4,900,000) and ‘RiME’ (4,000,000), leaving Virtual Toys’ game “only” with 2,810,000 units sold worldwide.

We are probably left with, well… Imagining.

For those who start playing Diablo 4 on Tuesday, June 6th, like myself, you can’t miss the opportunity to read our most comprehensive article to prepare yourself to face the greater demon… Lilith.

But today, we’re not here to talk about the adventure. Today, we’ve come to talk about the game itself and its real dangers: the error code 316719 in Diablo 4. And we’ll show you how to fix it.

What is Diablo 4 error code 316719 and how to fix it?

Receiving an error code ruins a magical moment… especially for those of us who have been waiting for this moment for over 8 years. Today, we’ll explain what the error code means and if there’s anything you can do to fix it.

This error code 316719 first appeared in the Diablo 4 Beta, so we can’t guarantee that this error has been resolved in the short time since then.

Indeed, this is undoubtedly one of the most common and frustrating error codes you can encounter in Diablo 4 during the early days of the game.

Explanation of Diablo 4 code 316719

The Diablo 4 error code 316719 is an error that can cause players to be kicked out of the game due to server instability. Unfortunately, there is no other way to fix this error other than accepting the message and reconnecting to the game.

This error is likely due to server issues related to Diablo 4, especially in the early days of the launch when there are hundreds of thousands of players connected at the same time.

While Blizzard has stated that they will work to keep the game stable during the initial launch, we know that one can never be completely certain that there won’t be any launch issues. Despite extensive testing and open beta, nothing fully prepares you for millions of players entering Sanctuary at once.

Nintendo Unveils Highly Anticipated Sequel to Nintendo Switch’s Most Entertaining Game

If you have a Nintendo Switch, you must have played this game when it came out, since it was perfect to spend the afternoons playing and laughing with friends.

When Nintendo Switch was released in 2017, everyone bought Zelda: Breath of the Wild and 1-2 Switch. The first one is an incredible masterpiece, while the second one is a fun minigame collection to enjoy with friends.

Well, we have great news for all those who enjoyed those minigames that required the Joy-Cons and the HD rumble feature. We all had a blast back then, and now we can hope to have another amazing experience with Everybody 1-2-Switch!

The new collection of minigames adds the possibility for players to use their smartphones or tablets to play, as well as the Joy-Con controllers. Everybody 1-2-Switch! will be released on June 30th for the Switch.

Everybody 1-2-Switch! is a multiplayer game that pits teams of players against each other in various minigames. Unlike its predecessor, the new game allows players to use smartphones to play the minigames, as well as the Joy-Con controllers of the Switch.

And it goes a step further, as some minigames can only be played with phones, while others will only use Joy-Cons. The description on the Nintendo eShop page reads as follows:

“Gather in groups and compete in a bunch of weird and wonderful minigames, including everything from balloons to aliens, and much more! In these games, you’ll use the Joy-Con controller or your smart device in fun and unique ways, earning points for your team. Get Ready for a Gaming Extravaganza: The Complete Schedule of June 2023’s Video Game Conferences

There are almost a dozen conferences prepared, so nothing better than bringing you the schedule of all the video game conferences for this June 2023.

June is here, and it’s like Christmas for video game enthusiasts. During the month that marks the beginning of summer, gamers have the opportunity to enjoy a week filled with video games thanks to various events taking place. Although E3 may have disappeared, online shows like the Summer Game Fest have taken the lead to become the new and most attractive option.

There are nearly a dozen conferences lined up, so there’s nothing better than bringing you the schedule of all the video game conferences happening this June 2023.

Meta Quest Gaming Showcase

Facebook DOWNLOAD

June 1st

  • Spain: 7:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 11:00 am.
  • Argentina: 2:00 pm.

A 40-minute conference where big announcements related to virtual reality are expected. From the former Facebook there are still hopes for VR in other fields beyond video games.

Guerrilla Collective

June 7th

  • Spain: 6:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 10:00 am.
  • Argentina: 1:00 pm.

True to every year, the Guerrilla Collective stands out for launching a multitude of trailers from publishers. It’s usually a Russian roulette, since they either have big announcements or it’s usually a real pain in the ass, we won’t deny it…

Summer Game Fest

June 8th

  • Spain: 9:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 1:00 pm.
  • Argentina: 4:00 pm.

The conference that gives name to this new set of shows and that should lead everything (in principle). Summer Game Fest should always be expected to be the best, but we’ve had two rather decaffeinated editions seasoned with a bit of sugar level (like the first Elden Ring trailer). Geoff Keighley, organizer of the show, has already commented that there will be few big announcements during the 2 hours it will last.

Tribeca Spotlight

June 9th

  • Spain: 9:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 1:00 pm.
  • Argentina: 4:00 pm.

An event that always bets on independent or more experimental games. One of the most different shows of this week of conferences and that for us is a must-see event.

Wholesome Direct

June 10th

  • Spain: 6:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 10:00 am.
  • Argentina: 1:00 pm.

As with Tribeca, this conference stands out for the most groundbreaking games within the indie scene. Along with Tribeca, it is one of the most original in terms of content for the existing proposals.

Future Games Show

June 10th

  • Spain: 7:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 11:00 am.
  • Argentina: 2:00 pm.

Bet on triple A and the more spectacular, the better. That’s what is always remembered from the Future Games Show. It tends to recycle a lot of trailers from other events, either through variations or by adding gameplay to the footage.

Xbox and Bethesda Showcase

Xbox Game Pass DOWNLOAD

June 11th

  • Spain: 7:00 pm.
  • Mexico: 11:00 am.
  • Argentina: 2:00 pm.

One of the most anticipated conferences (or the most). Xbox must announce its entire arsenal of video games for the years to come. Yes, it is true that we also said this during 2022, but it has no more room for maneuver. It must start communicating release dates and new announcements. It’s now or never.

PC Gaming Show

June 11th

  • Spain: 8:30 pm.
  • Mexico: 12:30 pm.
  • Argentina: 3:30 pm.

As with the Future, at the PC Gaming Show we tend to see power and a lot of triple-A. After all, it’s a conference focused on the PC world, where they’re looking to pull muscle. There will be 16 games to be announced during this live event.

Ubisoft Forward

June 12th

  • Spain: no schedule.
  • Mexico: no schedule.
  • Argentina: no schedule.

Ubisoft is not in its best moments. The French company is going through a big crisis not only in terms of sales, but also in terms of dissatisfaction on the part of the company’s employees. We will see 100% of the material of the new Assassin’s Creed Mirage, but the rest is an unknown…

Ryu Ga Gotoku Summit Summer

June 16th

  • Spain: 05:00 hours.
  • Mexico: 9:00 pm (June 15).
  • Argentina: 00:00 hours.

Dedicated to the Yakuza saga or Like a Dragon, this event presents all the news about the beloved Japanese saga. For fans of the franchise, it is a must, of course. This year we expect to see Like a Dragon 8, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Who Erased His Name and some additional surprises.

We will update the calendar as new information becomes available.

Beauty in the Eye of the Beholder: The 10 Pokémon That Didn’t Make the Cut

So that you don’t get scared if one day you go to Johto and you find them out there, we have compiled the 10 ugliest Pokémon in history. Pure body horror.

Surely when you hear the word “Pokémon,” adorable creatures like Pikachu, Eevee, or Jigglypuff come to mind… But the truth is, in a world with 1,015 creatures, some of them are bound to be as pleasant as smashing your finger with a hammer. Monsters created on a lazy day, evolutions that go overboard with rococo, and other creatures born with the deliberate intention of being an eyesore. So that you don’t get scared if you ever visit Johto and come across them, we have compiled the top 10 ugliest Pokémon in history. Pure body horror.

Pokemon Go DOWNLOAD

10-Muk (from Alola)

Not that the original Muk drives us crazy (after all, it’s a piece of sludge with eyes), but when they redesigned it for the Alolan Pokédex, they gave it a twist that makes it even more sinister: a grotesque, multicolored body. The upside? It feeds on waste products but stores the foul odor within itself. It’s like having a vibrant, living compost for your plants that you never, ever want to look in the face.

9-Vullaby

Vullaby first appeared in Pokémon Black/White, and since then, we haven’t been able to forget it. This chicken-like creature (the Pokédex claims it’s a vulture, but who knows) with a featherless head and a two-legged stance seems to come straight from our worst nightmares. And what surrounds its delicate parts is not an egg like Togepi, but the skulls of its enemies. Dealing with Vullabys is truly an experience full of surprises.

8-Crabominable

With a name that already includes the word “abominable,” what did you expect? This yeti-crab species is the evolution of Crabrawler and first appeared in Sun/Moon to unsettle anyone who ever wanted to add it to their team. If you want more material to wake up in a cold sweat one day, we can tell you that when Crabominable is in trouble, it can tear off its own claws and throw them at its opponents. Pure class.

7-Dracovish

It is one of the most recent Pokémon on the list, which we could first catch in Sword/Shield. It’s a water dragon-like species that doesn’t seem to have teeth and has a C-shaped body with spikes inside. It can’t breathe underwater, and it doesn’t move with much agility there either, being as useful as a four-euro bill. It’s a fossil that hatches from eggs, but sometimes it’s not even necessary to hatch it to complete the Pokédex. We’d also be fine without it.

6-Jynx

I wanted to resist including Jynx, one of the most iconic Pokémon and part of the first generation… And at the same time, it’s so problematic with its blackface resemblance and its parody of the drag world, and, let’s say it, it’s downright ugly. It’s true that in an attempt to mitigate the issue, they introduced a pre-evolution, Smoochum, which doesn’t improve things much but at least gives it a slightly cute touch. Just in case, we hope that when we go out to dance, Jynx doesn’t suddenly appear in a corner, scaring us to death and trying to give us a kiss.

5-Feebas

In the tale of “The Ugly Duckling,” the protagonist eventually transforms into a beautiful swan. That’s exactly what happens with Feebas, which is considered the ugliest Pokémon in its world (even though it’s not much different from, let’s say, Magikarp), but it evolves into one of the most beautiful ones, Milotic. It’s perfect for beauty contests if you manage to train it and level it up… if you can get it to learn something other than Splash. Frustrating indeed.

4-Barbaracle

Half rock, half water, all ugliness. If its pre-evolution, Binacle, is already a horror, this version where the clawed hands multiply by three and form a head-hand seems more like a parody of Pokémon than a canonical creature. It is said that Barbaracle is based on a barnacle, but we assure you that if barnacles looked like that, they would be the least consumed seafood product in history.

3-Grafaiai

If I were to encounter Grafaiai on a Thursday night in the middle of the street, I would change streets. Despite the Pokédex stating that it belongs to the Poison type, it seems more like the “Give me everything you’ve got” type. Those slimy fingers and those eyes that seem to want to take everything from you, including your dignity, don’t help either. Interestingly, its name comes from the word “graffiti,” and it is supposed to have a bad temper and enjoy committing crimes, something that is quite evident. It evolves from a Shroodle, which is not particularly beautiful, but at least it doesn’t appear to roam the streets with a multi-purpose Swiss army knife.

2-Bruxish

You’ve guessed it: its name comes from the word “bruxism,” and rightfully so. Just by looking at it, we start grinding our teeth at the excessive display of colors, the teeth capable of taking off a finger if you try to pet it, and that generally malicious face. It is said to cause headaches in its enemies, and considering what it causes us, we can only agree.

1-Garbodor

It’s a Pokémon that resembles a torn garbage bag. There’s really no need to add anything else.

Magical Bullfights and Gaudi: Spain’s Unique Twist on the Harry Potter Universe

Are you not aware that in our country we apparently have the only stadium located inside a bullring? Come, we are going to tell you everything about the national team that you did not expect… with a final surprise twist.

When it comes to sports, Spain worships them. Football? The Red One. Tennis? Rafa Nadal. Formula 1? Fernando Alonso. Quidditch? Well… Among all the sporting glories that reign in our country, the one from the beloved sport of ‘Harry Potter’ may not be the most memorable. Could it be that you don’t know what we’re referring to? Are you unaware that apparently we have the only stadium located inside a bullring in our country? Come on, we’re going to tell you all about the unexpected national team… with a surprising twist at the end.

Hogwarts Legacy DOWNLOAD

Blood red and snitch yellow

It’s true that J.K. Rowling never mentioned the national team in any of the novels of the series. To learn more about Carmen, Iñigo, Sandelino, and the rest of the group, we have to turn to the video game ‘Quidditch World Cup’ from 2003, set in 1994 during ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban,’ which featured teams from various countries: Australia, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, Scandinavia, United States, and, of course, Spain.

The game developers didn’t exactly rack their brains: our stadium was a sort of bullring with architecture reminiscent of Gaudí on the roof, and it would ring church bells whenever a goal was scored. In fact, it is the only stadium in the world located indoors, setting it apart from the rest, of course.

The team’s emblem, as expected, features the standard of the Kingdom of Aragon, but with the addition of several golden Snitches and a Quaffle. Perhaps they didn’t give much thought to those who might be offended by this. The team, of course, wore red and yellow (like bullfighters, alas), and we only know the names of their competitors in the mid-90s. It’s enough to say that they could have done a better job with the Spanish names, at least getting some right.

The Chasers are Carmen García, Ana de Lebrón, and Chavelle Arbelo Cartaya (Chavelle, a typical Spanish name). The Beaters are Vasco Santini and Tiago Montoya, both of whom had trading cards in Chocolate Frogs, the Keeper is Sendelina Felino, and the Seeker is Iñigo Fuente Marrero. They all performed a special move that combined dance and bullfighting. Of course, they did.

But the surprise doesn’t end with the video games: there is also a national quidditch team in real life that was founded in 2015 for the European Games, where they finished ninth and only won one match. Whether you believe it or not, all of them come from different national teams such as Blue Gryffin Burgos, Madrid Lynch, Lumos Compostela, Gasteiz Gamusins, Bizkaia Boggarts, or Malaka Vikings. And yes, indeed, they continue to play (with even a transfer market), with the Dementors being the reigning champions. Consider us officially muggles for having no clue about it.

Beyond the Pixels: Unveiling the Epic Failure of ‘Super Detective in Hollywood,’ the Legendary PS2 Game That Fell from Grace

Nothing could go wrong… And yet, it did so resoundingly. This is the terrifying story of Super Detective in Hollywood for PS2.

When talking about the worst video games in history, we all think of different names: ‘E.T’ for Atari, ‘Superman 64’, ‘Doctor Jeckyll and Mister Hyde’ for NES… But surely you don’t think of a title so unknown that it didn’t even appear in the United States and was described as “the 11-S of video games”. It was based on a successful franchise, it was an FPS at its peak, nothing could go wrong… And yet, it did so disastrously. This is the terrible story of ‘Hollywood Super Detective’ for PS2.

Steam DOWNLOAD

Eddie Malphy

It’s 2006. It’s been twelve years since the last installment of ‘Hollywood Super Detective’ and nobody seems to be very interested in reviving it, although since the premiere of the third part there was talk that, indeed, they were going to make the fourth (and you know what happened: nothing). The franchise is absolutely dead and all the juice that could have been squeezed out of it was already squeezed out in the 90s. Well, or so everyone thought except Atomic Planet Entertainment, a British developer that in 2002 had released a Mike Tyson game and was dedicated to licenses like ‘Miami Vice’ or ‘Jackie Chan Adventures’.

‘Hollywood Super Detective’ was just another license. It was enough to more or less copy another game, throw in some voices and fun music and go with it, right? Well… The game had no voices. No facial movements. No music. Not even the infiltration didn’t make sense because you ended up being discovered without ever knowing why. To top it off, Axel Foley didn’t even look like Eddie Murphy: he was a white, bald man. Pure fidelity.

The game had all the bugs you can imagine: no matter how much they shot at you, the bad guys couldn’t hit you if you were crouching, but if you were standing they came from everywhere, the missions made no sense and were choreographed with a cinematic… In total, six small missions, six different weapons and an absolutely atrocious design made it a game that not even those brave enough in the style of Angry Video Game Nerd have dared to play it.

It gets even worse: it’s one of the few PS2 games that was only released in Europe, it never touched other territories… and it didn’t even appear on DVD. That’s right: since they were cheaper, they decided it was a better idea to release it directly on a simple CD. You may ever wonder how is it possible that this franchise is absolutely dead no matter how much they insist that this time it’s the good one and there will be a tetralogy: remember this game. Sometimes, the worst sound a cultural product can make is that of absolute indifference.

From TV Screens to Racetracks: Experience the Long-Awaited ‘El Chavo Kart’ Game

Why we should think hard about continuing to make car games beyond our means: Chavo Kart

Since ‘Super Mario Kart‘ marked a before and after in the history of racing games, there hasn’t been a franchise that hasn’t wanted to have its own racing game in tiny cars on crazy tracks. Bomberman Kart’, ‘Angry Birds Go’, ‘Crash Nitro Kart’, ‘Cartoon Network Racing’, ‘Diddy Kong Racing’, ‘Digimon Racing’, ‘Madagascar Kartz’, ‘Toy Story Racer’, ‘Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing’ or ‘Pac-man World Rally’ are just some of the examples that have plagued the consoles of half the world (to their regret). But there is one that is the exact demonstration of why we should think long and hard about continuing to make car games beyond our means: ‘El Chavo Kart’.

The Chavo Kart DOWNLOAD
The Chavo Kart - Racing Game for iOS

It was unintentionally

El Chavo del 8′ has been an institution in Mexico since its premiere in 1971, when it began as a mere segment of ‘Chespirito’. For nine years, El Chavo, Quico, La Chilindrina, Don Ramón and the rest of the neighborhood gave their all to make children (and not so children) laugh before the infighting (enough to make a true crime documentary). The series had, of course, merchandising and spin-offs galore.

Between musicals, books and restaurants, an animated series was born that lasted seven seasons and presented fantastic elements (scientists, superheroes, etc.) as a way to attract the attention of kids. Of course, that’s where most of the El Chavo merchandising came from, including a ‘Mario Party’-style video game for Wii and, of course, ‘El Chavo Kart’.

If you think a game like this is mobile fodder, think again: it came out for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2014 (although, all said, in 2015 it was ported to Android) and it may not have been the height of originality but it had a few wonderful nods to the series. The most interesting thing, though, was to see how the original cast hated each other to the level of not wanting to participate in the title under any circumstances.

For example, “Quico” is written that way instead of “Kiko” so as not to pay royalties to Carlos Villagrán, the original performer, and La Chilindrina is nowhere to be seen because her actress, María Antonieta de las Nieves, has the rights to the character and, in fact, has made a movie and a series as spin-offs.

The tracks themselves were based on the animated series, of course, and so they could run in the Brazil Maracana Stadium, the museum or the little town. As for the objects you can use, you have the ham cake (mushroom), a newspaper (ink blot), balls (shells), and so on. Is it a bad game? Yes, no doubt. Is it a curiosity that deserves to go down in history? Yes, it is. Hey, who would have told us when we were watching it on La 2 that ‘El chavo del ocho’ would end up racing go-karts around a soccer stadium in Brazil? Oh, he sizzled.

Ah, yes! To complicate matters further there is another El Chavo karting game also called ‘El Chavo Kart’ exclusive for mobile and much simpler. What a franchise headache.
