In a recent global presentation, Hyungjun “Kjun” Kim, director of the highly anticipated life simulator Inzoi, shared details about its development and future plans. Kjun described the game’s creation process as “reckless,” emphasizing that it still needs many improvements. This honesty underscores the team’s commitment to the quality of the final product and the player experience.
Updates and free DLCs until release
Inzoi will be launched in early access on March 28 at a price of 40 euros. Kjun assured that all updates and DLCs will be free until the full release of the game, reflecting a strategy focused on engaging the player community from the start. “Developing a game of this size involves risks, but we are willing to take them,” he stated.
The director also presented an ambitious update plan for 2025. Four updates are scheduled that will include new clothing and furniture every three months, as well as a constant focus on player feedback. “Continuous communication with our community is essential,” Kjun emphasized, noting that all suggestions will be considered for future additions.
Among the most notable updates, the one in May will introduce a gym that will allow Zoi characters to change their body shape, while the August update will include a “cat-themed city”, aligning with International Cat Day on August 8.
Inzoi promises to be a title that combines active development with attentive listening to its player base, seeking not only to emulate but also to innovate in the life simulation genre. Interested players will be able to closely follow the development and news through Steam starting from its early access launch.
